Today on my walk, in a planter beside an office building, I found a golden ring.*Write about finding a precious object - what is the object, and where is it from, and what happens now that it has been found?
*Upon further examination, it was a chintzy band of painted plasticky metal, as from a gumball machine. But I don't have to include this in my story.
