Slaying Monsters

“Writing a book is an adventure. To begin with, it is a toy and an amusement; then it becomes a mistress, and then it becomes a master, and then a tyrant. The last phase is that just as you are about to be reconciled to your servitude, you kill the monster, and fling him out to the public.” --Winston Churchill

It is no wonder so many books are half-finished, languishing in computer files or drawers. If you haven't met the monster yet, your quest awaits. Keep writing. We need monster slayers like you.

If you need more help getting your novel written, plunge into the world of National Novel Writing Month at NaNoWriMo. The organizers of this delightful challenge will provide support and ideas for the journey.

Or, you could take thirty seconds and create your own monster movie. Nyee-ee--ee, bwah-hahah!
